Mr. Swaim 's association with Telecel
Zimbabwe ( Pvt ) Ltd started 2006 when he
served as the Telecel International executive
responsible for Zimbabwe operations from 2006 to 2009
and he has been Managing Director of Telecel
International since 2009 . Mr. Swaim also sits on the
Telecel Zimbabwe Board.
Mr. Swaim has more than 25 years experience in the
Telecommunications industry out of which twelve years
were with AT&T in various capacities within Europe,
Middle East & Africa. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Swaim
was Executive Vice President, CFO of Télésonique S.A., a
Swiss telecommunications services provider. Prior to
Télésonique, Mr. Swaim was active in international
telecommunications business consulting in different
projects across different regions. Mr. Swaim has a long
service within the Orascom group which he joined in Iraq
in 2003 as Chief Finance Officer.
He holds a Master of International Management Degree
from the American Graduate School of International
Management and a BA in Economics and Business
Administration from Drury College |

Advisor - Angeline
Vere |

Angeline Vere has over 15 years legal experience in
commercial law, Telecommunication, broadcasting
regulatory and administrative law. She has worked for
the Attorney General's office, TelOne and the Regulatory
Authority before moving to Telecel in
2004.
Angeline holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree
(LLB) from the University of Zimbabwe, Masters of Laws
(LLM) from the University of South Africa and an ACCA
Diploma in Finance and Accounting. |

| Deputy Technical Officer - Winfred
Musangeya |

|
Ms. Musangeya has over 24 years experience in the
telecommunications industry in Zimbabwe. She commenced
her career as Manager External Plant Planning &
Development where she was in charge of planning and
implementation of the external plant network for the
Mashonaland & Manicaland provinces of Zimbabwe for
the then Post and Telecommunications Corporation.
In 1998, at the inception of Telecel
Zimbabwe Ms. Musangeya was appointed Chief
Engineer responsible for Network Planning and
Engineering. She is currently the Technical Director in
charge the planning, deployment, operation and
maintenance of Telecel Zimbabwe's cellular mobile network.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering
from the University Of Zimbabwe (UZ), a Masters in
Engineering in Telecoms (Australia) and a Masters in
Business Administration (UZ). |

| Marketing Director - Obert S.
Mandimika |
|
|
Obert Mandimika has 9 years experience in the
telecommunications industry at senior level. He is
responsible for brand management, public relations,
corporate social responsibility, retail marketing and
new business development. He has worked for Delta
Corporation, then Chibuku Breweries, in Sales &
Distribution and at National Breweries, in the Marketing
Department as a Channel Development Manager. He joined Telecel Zimbabwe in 2002 as a Marketing
Manager.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration,
Honours Business Studies (Marketing) and a Professional
Diploma IMM (SA). |

| Sales and Distribution
Director - Donald Mupfunya |
|
|
Donald is one of Telecel’s first employees having
joined the business during the formative stages. His
first appointment was with Kestrel Holdings as an
assistant to the MD and Chairman of Empowerment
Co-operation. He then worked as a member of the team
which helped secure a mobile network license. Once the
license was granted, Donald was appointed assistant to
the first MD, Mr. Jim Galan, whose responsibility was to
set up the operation.
Donald joined the Commercial Division and rose
through the ranks holding several positions which
included the position of Regional Manager and Head of
Sales & Distribution before assuming his new role as
Sales & Distribution Director.
Donald holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies
with the University Of Zimbabwe as well as various post
graduate qualifications. He has more than 12 years
experience in the mobile communications industry. |
