Telecel Zimbabwe subscribers can make phone calls to 23 international destinations at 24 cents per minute – the same price as a standard local mobile phone call – at any time of the day or night.
The 23 countries are: United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, Canada, Australia, China, India, Dubai, Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, Egypt, Brazil, Germany, France, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
The 25 cents per minute charge applies to calls to any landline or mobile phone in these countries, with the exception of MTN and Vodafone numbers in the United Kingdom and South Africa, which are charged for at the slightly higher rate of 35 cents per minute.

The Mega Juice Card is for those who want to talk more on their phone for less money.
The card costs $1. In addition to the $1 normal airtime, the card provides a bonus 50c airtime for use when calling another Telecel number thus making $1.50 airtime available for only $1. The bonus airtime is only available until the next Sunday. The ordinary airtime on this card must be used within 48 hours of its being credited to the pre-paid account.

For those who want to manage their cellphone expenditures more carefully, BabyJuice is the airtime card to buy. It costs 50 cents and includes 25 cents bonus airtime for use when calling other Telecel numbers. The bonus air time expires following Sunday.

Baby Juice was designed for those who want to make short calls but still have the benefit of the bonus airtime. It is particularly useful for those living in rural areas (or for those sending airtime to relatives in rural areas) and for school children with limited pocket money.

Telecel starter packs include a handset, SIM card and airtime. The price varies, depending on the choice of handset. The cheapest is US$17.00
